These terms explain how eligible players can receive the Royal Drone in-game reward for pre-registering for Neon Fold on Google Play.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Neon Fold pre-registration reward promotion offered by ZiPiStudios, referred to here as the "Service Provider." By choosing to participate in the promotion, you agree to these terms.
Promotion Overview
Neon Fold may offer a pre-registration reward through Google Play. Eligible players who pre-register for Neon Fold on Google Play during the promotion period can receive the Royal Drone in-game item for free after the game becomes available.
The promotion begins when Neon Fold pre-registration is made available on Google Play in an eligible country or region and ends when pre-registration closes, the game is released, or the promotion is otherwise ended in that country or region.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Royal Drone reward, you must:
- Pre-register for Neon Fold through the official Google Play listing before pre-registration ends.
- Use a Google Play account in a country or region where the promotion is available.
- Use a device that is compatible with Neon Fold on Google Play.
- Install and launch Neon Fold after release using the same Google Play account used to pre-register.
- Comply with the Neon Fold terms, these reward terms, and the applicable Google Play terms.
Pre-registration is free, and no purchase is required to receive the Royal Drone reward. Internet access, a Google Play account, and a compatible Android device may be required. Carrier, data, or device charges may apply.
How to Receive the Reward
After Neon Fold is released, Google Play may notify eligible pre-registered users that the game is available. To receive the Royal Drone, install Neon Fold from Google Play, open the game, and complete any in-game reward claim or account setup flow that is shown.
Reward delivery depends on Google Play and Neon Fold correctly recognizing your eligible pre-registration. If the Royal Drone does not appear after you install and launch the game, contact contact@zipistudios.com with the email address you can be contacted at, your country or region, device model, and a short description of the issue.
Reward Details
The reward is the Royal Drone, an in-game Neon Fold item delivered as a Google Play pre-registration reward. The reward has no cash value and is not a physical item.
ZiPiStudios may tune, balance, rename, visually update, or otherwise adjust in-game items as part of normal game updates. These changes do not create a right to cash, refunds, substitute items, or other compensation, except where required by law.
Limits and Restrictions
- The Royal Drone reward is limited to one reward per eligible Google Play account.
- The reward cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
- The reward may not be available if you cancel pre-registration, change accounts, use an unsupported device, or access Neon Fold outside eligible Google Play countries or regions.
- ZiPiStudios may refuse or remove rewards connected to fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of applicable terms.
- If you already own the reward or receive it through another promotion, ZiPiStudios is not required to provide a substitute reward unless required by law.
Google Play Platform Terms
This promotion is offered through Google Play's pre-registration reward tools. Reward availability, supported devices, country or region availability, notifications, and delivery may depend on Google Play systems and policies.
Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Google Play, Android, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Google is not responsible for administering this promotion unless required by the applicable Google Play terms.
Changes and Availability
ZiPiStudios may update these terms to clarify the promotion, respond to platform or legal requirements, address technical issues, or prevent abuse. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
ZiPiStudios may suspend, cancel, or modify the promotion if technical failures, platform changes, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or events outside reasonable control make the promotion unavailable or impractical to run as planned.
